CSLSJ’S SOLAR PV SYSTEM IS CAPTURING THE SUN’S POWER!

CollectiveSun partner Center for Spiritual Living, San Jose (CSLSJ) announced this week that their solar power system is fully installed and powered up. This move to solar was made possible thanks to the community efforts of their congregation, who invested over $84,000 in the solar power crowd-lending campaign through CollectiveSun in 2015.

The church stands to save over $11,000 annually on their electric bill. Their conservation efforts have drawn the praise of Gary White, a Climate Reality Leader with the Climate Reality Project, founded by former Vice President Al Gore. Mr. White will present a workshop at CSLSJ in April 2016 on practical solutions and individual steps attendees can take to impact our planet in positive ways.
