The Greens at Seven Oaks is a 55+ active-adult community offering a wide range of amenities and activities for its residents. Stop by the clubhouses to meet friends for a friendly game of billiards, a favorite card game, bocce ball, or get that workout in our state-of-the-art fitness center. Jump in your golf cart and within minutes you are at the country club to meet with your favorite ladies’ or men’s golf group. Need some quiet time. Stop by the library to pick out a favorite book or relax by the swimming pool and spa.
A Castle & Cooke development, Seven Oaks is part of a long tradition of building not just homes, but high-end residential communities, golf courses, country clubs, retail shopping centers and spectacular vacation resorts.
As part of the overall Seven Oaks master planned community, The Greens at Seven Oaks is an age restricted community and must be occupied by at least one person 55 years of age or older. The initial phase of our community was developed and occupied in 1999. Since then, new phases have been built with a final total of 404 homes in the development that was completed in 2005. Our community is characterized by wide tree-lined streets (with no on-street parking), beautiful landscaping, including a dramatic tree and rose-lined main entryway, all in a secure, gated environment. About 1/3 of our homes line several of the fairways of the Seven Oaks Country Club, offering added ambiance to our neighborhood.
The residents of The Greens at Seven Oaks make great use of our two grand clubhouses and swimming pools and spas. Residents have complete keyed access to all our secured clubhouse/pool/spa facilities.
